THE GROUP – OUR ACTIVITY
The operating activity is focused in the
Balcan regions, with its center of interests
in Albania.
The group is composed by a number of
local companies, with local and
international shareholders, operating in
different industry sectors.
Referring to the sole mining activity, the
group is active in the following fields:
1. Exploitation of Fe-Ni and Fe-Cr mines
2. Transformation of Fe-Cr with a chromium enrichment plant owned by

AG Contractor: fully licensed general contractor on real estate projects, infrastructure
projects and mining exploitation; it owns all the machineries of the group (dumpers,
trucks, excavators, crawler loaders, drilling machines, etc)
Alb Euro Nickel & Chrome: one of our mining companies; it owns some of our mining concessions
Compass Mineral AL: one of our mining companies; it owns some of our mining concessions
Compass General Industries: one of our mining companies; it owns some of our mining
concessions

Compass Transport.Co: fully licensed transport company; it owns all the tractor units and
trailers we use for transporting the mineral.
OUR PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
IRON-NICKEL: the mineral exploited is sold
without carrying out any mineral enrichment
treatment yet.
IRON-CHROME: the Group owns an enrichment
plant, allowing to sell on the market only
concentrated product with a percentage over 48% and
up to 58%.
OUR OFFER:
Iron Nickel: The Group has now an immediate
residual production capacity up to 50.000 MT per
month, that can be easily increased by reinforcing the
“extraction machineries”, as well as the operations.
The mining spots already owned by the Group have
capacity for matching any kind of request.

OUR PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Product composition
Fe: Depending on the extracting site can
go from 26% up to 35% in the Open Pit
concessions, whilst can go up to 50% in the
Underground concessions.
Today we have both type of mines but we have
only activated the Open Pit concessions.
Ni: from 0,8% up to 1,8%
Product composition
In addition to Fe and Ni ore, the other main
elements in the mineral composition are:
Co: 0,07% (this is a very stable percentage)
Cr: from 2,1% up to 3,1%
CaO: from 2% up to 6,5%
MgO: from 1,5% up to 3%
Al2O3: from 7% up to 15% (in general, the
percentage varies in case the product is
extracted from different sites)
SiO2: from 15% up to 16%. It is possible to
find some extracting spots with higher
concentration going up to 30%
P2O5: from 0,07% up to 0,1%
